BMW Car Insurance is administered by Qover.
‍Qover is authorised and registered by the Financial Services and Markets Authority of Belgium under the code 0650.939.878 in Belgium and is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland for conduct of business rules. Qover is an untied insurance agent with registered address Rue du Commerce 31, 1000 Brussels, and is authorised to distribute insurance products in Ireland on a Freedom of Services basis and therefore does not have a local branch in Ireland. Qover is subject to the Central Bank's Consumer Protection Code, Minimum Competency Code and Fitness and Probity Standards which can be found on the Central Bank's website www.centralbank.ie.

BMW Car Insurance is insured by Wakam.
Wakam is a French limited company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés) under number 562 117 085, VAT FR59562117085, authorised and regulated as an insurance undertaking by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution. Wakam is licensed to carry on insurance business in Ireland under the freedom to provide services and is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland for conduct of business purposes and is subject to the Central Bank's Consumer Protection Code, which can be found on the Central Bank’s website www.centralbank.ie.
